Fanfaire is a June 1996 Hanoverian mare. She is a bold, confident mount in the arena, over jumps or on the trail. Fanfaire stands 15.3 hands making her an ideal size for a junior/small adult hunter/jumper rider. She was successfully showed at A-rated horse shows in the hunter classes.
 

Fanfaire is sired by Wertherson and out of Grasshopper a Grande daughter. Grasshopper was one of the most intelligent mares we ever had on the farm. Grande seems to produce horses with intelligence and heart from what we have seen in our horses. Although of smaller stature, they do not know that they are small...they jump the moon! But...it takes time to win their hearts but once you do--- it is a remarkable experience!

Fanfaire's older half brother William L was Leatherdale Farms Grand Prix Show Jumper and is now enjoying retirement. Her younger half brother Finale L has sucessfully show in the jumper/hunter rings as well.
