Ella P is a June 1998 imported Hanoverian mare bought at the Elite Mare and Foal auction in Verden Germany as a foal. Standing 16.2 hands, Ella exhibits power in her frame and movement. With her bold expressive gaits, Ella has shown beautiful form. She made AHS history the year she was AHS performance tested (2004) with perfect 10's in her free jumping! She is an elite mare candidate with tha AHS.
 

Ella is sired by Espri and is out of Girondaux by Garibaldi II. Her mother line is one of the finest jumper maternal lines in Germany and of course her sire Espri is well known for his exceptional jumper offspring.

Inspection Comments

Ella was shown in hand at our farm's Hanoverian Inspection and scored very well making her an Elite Mare Candidate. Ella would have been eligible to win the Engler-Friedlaender Memorial Trophy in 2003 as she scored an 8.77 on her performance test with perfect 10's for free jumping. Ella trained with Olympic Jumper rider Anne Kursinski the past several years and did amateur hunter work with Carol Hoffman as well on the east coast and in Wellington in the winter months.
